Elle works with a limited number of clients at a time so every session gets her full attention. The application makes sure the fit is right on both sides before a slot is reserved. It's a five-minute step, not a formal audition.

As this is a private practice, Elle reads and evaluates every request personally, This takes time. Within 48 hrs you will recieve an email from Elle which will guide you through the scheduling and provide any additional information you will need.

Unfortunetly Elle doesnt offer any last minute bookings. The process of screening to make sure you she is a good match for your need takes time, it is recommended to rach out atleast 48 hours before the desired time.

All sessions follow a similar structure adjusted ot fit into the time booked *HELP*

Prior to your appointment, Elle will reach out with all the information you will need to be ready for your meet aswell as to answer any questions or concerns you might have.

Use the link in your confirmation email to move your session through Calendly. Please give at least 24 hours' notice where possible. A cancellation fee will be charged depending on the type of appointment scheduled aswell as the notice provided.

It isn't a judgment of you, it simply means Elle was not confident that she would be able to meet the needs and services you requested. It is always a top priority that every client is provided and satisfying and enriching experience and it unfortunetly can't always be a good match.

Discretion is foundational in this industry. Communications are handled through a dedicated, private channel, and details of your work together are never shared.
